The position will involve showroom quality deliveries of new and used vehicles. Washing, waxing, dressing tires, windows, vacuuming, as well as lot clean-up, emptying ashtrays, garbage, etc.
Responsibilities:
Prepare used vehicles for dealership.
Provide prompt, efficient cleaning of assigned vehicle in a timely manner.
Must display a commitment toward customer satisfaction.
Safe, cautious handling of all vehicles and maintain a clean safe work area.
Develop skills in buffing, shampoo carpets and upholstery, steam clean engines, and clay bar.
Assist in ensuring neat appearance of retail facility as needed (pick up litter, snow, clean outside ashtrays and garbage cans)
Restock the cleaning products.
Keep your work area clean.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Illinois Driver's license with a good driving record, be 17 years of age or older, able to drive a manual transmission, be reliable, able to take directions from several people, and handle more than one task at a time. Candidate must also be a reliable team player and must have previous detail experience and general mechanical skills.
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an occasional Saturday as needed.
Sales Consultant
Position Information:
A Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities:
Realize the business is built on customer satisfaction and devote themselves to satisfaction.
Determine customer needs.
Demonstrate vehicles.
Deliver sold units.
Attend sales meetings and training meetings.
Maintain prospect and follow up system.
Keep abreast of new products and trends.

Understand vehicle terminology.
Introduce customers to the Service Department.
Knowledge of company products, prices, models, options, warranties, colors and standard equipment.
Must complete manufacturers certification process.
Qualifications:

The Assistant Manager will be directly involved with the Body Shop Manager and the day to day operations and functions of the department, its customers and employees from start to finish. The Assistant Manager will work with technicians and detailers on productivity, scheduling and goals. The Assistant Manager will also establish working relationships with the insurance companies and salvage yard representatives. The Assistant Manager will also ensure repairs and that the entire process runs smoothly, on schedule and is completed to the customers satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Write estimates.
Open repair orders and update the repair board.
Prepare customer files.
Order parts when needed.
Schedule sublets.
Progress check with customers and upsell additional work when possible.
Assist with daily clerical work and the phones.
Assist customers with questions and problems.
Conduct personalized deliveries and inspections on completion to assure a solid reputation for repeat business.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years previous body shop experience.
Minimum 2 years estimating experience.
General knowledge of body and repairs as well as estimating damages and preparing quotes.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Professional attitude with a genuine commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds system with the ability to work as a team with a common goal.

A Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repairs, diagnosis and maintenance work as dispatched by their advisor in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities:
Determine work requested on repair orders.
Perform repairs and document them.
Road test vehicles to quality check.
Keep abreast of manufacturers training.
Maintain CSI levels established by manufacturer and dealership standards.
Operate and test equipment, hoist and hand tools.
Knowledge of and maintain a clean work area by OSHA and dealership service safety standards.
Qualifications:
Prefer flat rate Technician with some auto repair shop experience/training.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Certificates preferred.
Diesel and/or Transmission experience preferred.
General mechanical skills with knowledge of all aspects of automobile repair and maintenance.
Good judgment, ability to operate power and hand tools.
Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Hours:
Monday through Friday: 7:30am until 5:30pm and Saturdays in rotation: 7:30am until noon.
Position Information:
The Diesel Technician must possess skills and knowledge to repair any and all vehicles including but not limited to vans, trucks and commercial vehicles. Standards require minimum comebacks with work completed in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and perform accurately all phases of vehicle repair.
Removes, cleans, repairs, reinstalls and adjusts all vehicle components.
Properly use and complete work orders.
Select appropriate action for all vehicle repairs during the diagnostic process.
Maintain assigned work areas in a safe and clean manner.
Evaluates completed work and conducts final inspections prior to release.
Participation in all on going manufacturer training.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
Must have a valid Illinois Drivers license and maintain an acceptable driving record based on company standards.
Must have the ability to interpret maintenance manuals, wiring and other manufacturer documents.
Must be goal oriented.
ASE or Manufacturers certification preferred.
Prior Diesel experience.
Professional attitude and capable of working with customers.
Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance.
Must have a thorough working knowledge of diesel engines as well as gasoline engines.
