HR Administrative Assistant

Location:                     Corporate Employee housed at the Uftring Automall

Job Title:                     Full-Time HR Administrative Assistant

Supervisor:                 HR Director


Position Information:

The HR Administrative Assistant is an entry level position that will perform a variety of personnel related clerical duties associated with typing and filing, maintaining employment records and basic functions relative to customer service.



·       Maintain electronic data

·       Record keeping

·       Employee IDs (new hire and annually)

·       Birthday and Anniversary cards

·       Processing pre-employment paperwork

·       Copying and preparing all departmental paperwork

·       Maintain driver's list

·       Memos to department leaders and team members as needed

·       Prepare open enrollment posters (401k and insurance)

·       Maintain corporate paperwork as needed

·       Maintain electronic Birthday Calendar

·       Prepare Holiday door signs

·       Prepare Vacation/Personal Day/ Bereavement forms each year

·       Insurance ID renewal cards annually

·       Reminder confirmation calls for interviews

·       Verify vacation information with payroll



·       Must have at least 2 years office experience.

·       Ability to work in a constantly changing atmosphere, demonstrating versatility and flexibility as priorities change.

·       Above average organizational, communication, computer, and typing skills. Will perform a variety of clerical duties.

·       Cooperate across departmental lines and interact courteously with team members.

·       Ability to evaluate, reach conclusions and solve problems based on subjective or objective information, knowledge and experience.

·       Must be able to handle confidential documents and information and maintain high degree of confidentially.


Working Conditions:

This position operates in a professional office environment. The role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax and alphabetical filing systems.
